The maximum number of people (including musicians, entertainers, kitchen staff etc) is 116.

Bouncy Castles
One bouncy castle per event is allowed, maximum height 3m (10 feet), and must have floor protection

Kitchen
The hall has a well appointed kitchen:
- Direct access from outside
- Generous amount of work surface
- Shutters can close off the 2 large service hatches between the kitchen and the main hall
- Equipped with 2 gas cookers, a fridge with an ice box, microwave oven, wall-mounted boiling water dispenser
- Washing up facilities including tea towels
- Teapots, jugs, crockery and (limited) cutlery at no extra charge
- Eurobin waste bin outside
Tables & Chairs
We have a selection of tables and chairs for use by hirers:
- 8 X 5 feet diameter round tables (seat 8 comfortably)
- 10 X 6-foot trestles
- 8 X 4-foot testles
- 116 adult chairs
- 8 X 4-foot toddlers’ trestles
- 2 X 3-foot toddlers’ round tables
- 26 toddler chairs

Disabled Facilities
Inclusivity and accessibility are paramount. We are dedicated to ensuring that all members of our community can enjoy our facilities without limitations. Our commitment to accessibility is reflected in the provision of disabled facilities that include:
- Disabled toilet accessed via the user’s own RADAR key
- Disabled car-parking bay adjacent to access ramp
Safety Features
The hall meets all the latest safety requirements for hosting events including:
- 5 X fire exits
- Appropriate number of fully-maintained fire extinguishers, fire blankets, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
- Efficient outside lighting
- A well-maintained defibrillator
- CCTV covering the exterior and car park
