Bulphan Village Hall is available for hire by individuals and by organisations both within and outside of Bulphan.

Our hall was built in 1966 to replace the previous hall when Bulphan By-Pass was constructed. Bulphan Village Hall CIO is a registered charity, run by the trustees who are all volunteers. The charity holds a 99-year lease on the hall and shop, and Thurrock Council owns the freehold.
Our light and airy hall is ideal for club meetings, classes, functions, events, exhibitions, children’s parties and more. It can accommodate up to 116 people, with a car park for 28 cars, including one disabled space.
The adjacent recreation ground belongs to Thurrock Council – those using the hall can access field and play equipment, but have to liaise with the council if they wish to erect bouncy castles, tents or gazebos.
We have some 15 organisations that are regular users of the hall and they provide a wide range of activities for the local population. Full details can be see on our Community page.
